The ideal candidate will be adept at creating compelling content, managing online presence, engaging with key stakeholders to enhance and grow the CEO’s personal brand. This role also requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and exceptional organisational skills to manage the dynamic and often international operations of the executive office.


Key Responsibilities


Personal Brand Building:


  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the CEO’s personal brand as a leading voice in sustainable packaging.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content (blogs, articles, social media posts, videos) that reflects the CEO’s voice, values, and passion for reducing plastic waste.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and visual branding across all platforms.


Online Presence Management:


  • Manage and grow CEO’s online presence on various social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, particularly in sustainability and packaging, and provide insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, actioning as required.


Community Engagement:


  • Foster and manage community engagement by interacting with followers, responding to enquiries, and building relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the sustainability sector.
  • Organise and participate in online and offline events to promote CEO’s  personal brand and his mission to replace single-use plastic.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact.


PR Coordination:


  • Coordinate and maximise PR opportunities that align with the CEO’s mission and brand.
  • Working with Head of Marketing, develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and industry influencers.
  • Support integration of PR activities with social media strategies to maximise exposure and engagement.


Content Creation:


  • Collaborate with Marketing Team/CEO to brainstorm and develop new content ideas that highlight his leadership and innovative solutions in sustainable packaging.
  • Liaise with Marketing Team to create compelling content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the CEO’s mission of promoting paper-based packaging solutions.
  • Ensure all content is error-free, polished, and reflects the CEO’s personal brand.


Executive Assistance:


  • Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, including international commitments, meetings, video calls across different time zones, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate all aspects of international travel, including visas, itineraries, logistics, accommodation, and transport arrangements.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, memos, invoices, emails, expenses, and other documents.
  • Attend meetings and take comprehensive minutes to ensure all information is accurately captured and actioned.
  • Facilitate effective communication by organising information dissemination and scheduling presentations within the company.
  • Oversee the personal commitments of the CEO, ensuring these do not conflict with professional responsibilities.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in personal brand management, social media management, personal assistant or a similar role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content and strategies.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
