Job Description

Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our Vape brand and driving sales through effective communication and building positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store managers to improve brand awareness and sales.
    • Maximize sales opportunities by creating an impact with all shoppers and approach them with a smile and a benefit statement regarding the Vuse/Velo products.
    • Ensure maximum awareness of the brand within the store by placing Point of Sales and promoting and selling the products.
    • Be engaging with customers to explain the different products available and assist them in their sampling and purchasing decisions.
    • Complete all customer interactions in line with brand guidelines.
    • Use all sales tools kits, such as Branded Pop-Up Stand, Roller Banner, Floor Sticker, Leaflets, etc.
    • Follow key scripts and messages given by the brand to encourage conversations and confirmations.
  • Reporting:
    • Monitor own performance against shift targets.
    • Take sole responsibility of your assets provided by the company.
    • Opportunity to win bonuses based on targets achievements.
    • Accurately complete and submit reports.
  • Targets:
    • Store specific sales targets.
    • Growth of Brand Sales.
    • 100% Call Coverage.
    • Correct and accurate reporting procedures.
