About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team at Mono-Brand Boutiques. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, developing our team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business objectives, and to develop and implement operational plans
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on customer service, sales, and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer engagement

About You

  • You have a proven track record in retail management, ideally in a luxury or premium environment
  • You have excellent commercial awareness, with a strong understanding of clienteling, networking, and events management
  • You are a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • You are commercially aware, with a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles
