Medacs are recruiting for an Operations Manager for our Workforce solutions division to work on a hybrid basis out of one of our Key Clients locations and remotely from home.

You will have operational management of processes, assisting in achieving all service level and financial objectives within the contract whilst leading, developing, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You will be accountable for financials for the contract, reporting, people management and improvement initiatives, here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the team is meeting and exceeding all contractual terms and Service Level Agreements
  • Coaching and Leading a team of 10 on a day to day basis
  • Support the contract quality, managing service audits to ensure full client satisfaction
  • Devise and implement strategies to ensure constant development and improvement of the service
  • Work with stakeholders and the Client Manager to develop and maintain close relationships with clients
  • Produce reports on activities, performance and results
  • Encourage and develop the performance of the team
  • Develop the day-to-day operation through innovation and benchmarking and implement a strategy to achieve continuous improvement of the service delivery to the clients
  • Attending meetings, presentations of data

ABOUT YOU:

An experienced commercially aware leader within the healthcare/NHS sector. You will be a superb relationship builder who is accustomed to working towards KPI's using your strong IT and data analytic skills to produce reports and give presentations to Senior Management. Broad exposure across the Healthcare sector and ideally recruitment would be desirable together with proven success developing and managing a team.
