Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team based in Northwood. The home provides general nursing, dementia, specialist mental health, and residential care. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strong leadership and management to the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Care Inspectorate (CI), and taking appropriate action to address any areas of improvement.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centred approach to care.
• Managing the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control, while ensuring the provision of quality care remains uncompromised.
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance of the nursing home, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
