Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. This Deputy Manager role is in a beautiful care home in the UK and comes with a competitive salary, excellent training and development pathways, and more excellent benefits.


This Deputy Manager position is ideal for a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin and prior experience in a leadership role within a care home. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, ensuring care is delivered in line with regulatory standards, and being a great mentor to the care home staff.
