Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care Recruitment Ltd.

Job Summary

This Deputy Manager role is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to take on a leadership position in a beautiful care home in Watford. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for providing specialist nursing support and advice, ensuring care is delivered in line with regulatory standards, and mentoring a team of care home staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and staff
  • Ensure care is delivered in line with CQC, Local Authority, and other relevant regulatory standards
  • Lead and mentor a team of care home staff to achieve high standards of care
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained within the home
Requirements

To be successful in this Deputy Manager role, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin and prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
