Up to £85,000 (including a 30% Management Bonus + fabulous Bupa benefits & private healthcare)

Your Role:

As a Home Manager, you will lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, always putting the needs and wellbeing of our residents first. You will manage all aspects of the home, from identifying business opportunities to ensuring regulatory compliance. Your role will also involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing the Bupa brand as a trusted healthcare partner.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Leadership: Inspirational managers with strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to make a positive difference within a heavily regulated sector, with strong commercial acumen.

Located just a 15-minute walk from Northwood train station, Erskine Hall offers a tranquil setting with a real family feel.
