Lead Care Professional for Young Adults

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Care Professional to join our team at Willing Care. As a Nursing Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two small services dedicated to providing exceptional care for younger adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Role Summary:
As a Lead Care Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in line with regulatory standards, while also developing, implementing, and monitoring personalised care plans for younger adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the operations of two services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans, working closely with the nursing and care teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Supervise and support staff, providing guidance and leadership to ensure a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Work collaboratively with external agencies, including healthcare professionals and families, to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing levels effectively, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification with a valid UK NMC Pin.
- Experience in managing nursing home services, preferably with a focus on younger adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and external agencies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
Salary: £52,500 - £57,000 per annum.
