Production Chemist

The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing PET Radiopharmaceuticals, ensuring compliance with Marketing Authorisations and/or specials licenses, and adhering to the PETNET Quality System and cGMP standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manufacturing radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Performing cleaning and maintenance of clean rooms and associated equipment
• Assisting in the review and drafting of PETNET standard operating procedures
• Working according to a shift pattern that meets customer demands and business needs
• Assisting in the preparation of the facility for audits and inspections
• Maintaining adequate stock levels of consumables
• Handling the shipment of dangerous goods in accordance with ADR regulations
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay informed of current legislation and scientific advancements in PET radiopharmaceuticals and their production
• Collaborating with other PETNET staff to ensure the alignment of operational processes and backup capabilities across all PETNET sites
• Operating the cyclotron particle accelerator

We are looking for a candidate with a relevant science degree, radiopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical production experience, clean room experience, and knowledge of cGMP standards.
