Reviewing and making suggestions to enhance the individuals’ experience.• Ensure accurate reporting and documentation.• Participate in care planning implementation and review.• Promote the values, build morale and encourage others to perform to high standardsTo be successful in this role you must: * Have 12 months experience in the delivery of care in a similar environment * Be flexible with excellent people skills and be a team player. * Work to and implement the agreed care plan to help individuals * Communicate effectively and appropriately with individuals and their families * Assist individuals with administration of their medication according to policy guidelines * Encourage/support mobility and abide by moving and handling guidelines * Assist with nutritional needs, as per the nutritional assessment * Be able to provide observation of temperature and urinalysis. Collection and deliver of specimens for pathological testing * Work to ensure the standard of infection prevention and control are always followed * Be eligible to work full time hours and have a full Right to Work in the UKIf you are a highly motivated and enthusiastic person, with a passion for delivering outstanding care, we look forward to hearing from you
