Sales Director – Bathroom Industry


ASR is partnering with a growing and ambitious business in the bathroom sector, seeking a Sales Director to drive growth and lead their sales team.


The company designs and supplies high-quality bathroom products to retailers, merchants, buying groups, and the specification channel, including architects, designers, and regional housebuilders and developers.


The business is seeing year-on-year growth in both turnover and gross profit and has exciting plans for the future.


What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring energy, ambition, and accountability to inspire the team and achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, develop, and manage a sales team of around 15 people across retail, merchant, specification, and internal sales channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including buying groups.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support business growth.
  • Identify and establish new routes to market and sales channels.
  • Monitor and coach the sales team, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.


Experience Required:

  • A commercially astute and articulate sales leader.
  • Proven experience in a Sales Director or similar senior sales leadership role, ideally within the bathroom or KBB sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a history of delivering results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
