What we need you to do as a Campaign Manager:

  • As a Campaign Manager you will work with Brand Managers to capture key campaign objectives and define the top Pro:Direct brand priorities/agenda.
  • You will be handling key assigned accounts and developing solid business relationships with brand partners through regular and pro-active contact.
  • Briefing the thought leadership team on campaign objectives and capturing departmental requirements & deliverables
  • Aid in assigning key actions across all products, marketing & retail teams and ensure we have assigned delivery owners.
  • You will pre-define proposal completion deadlines with all leaders.
  • Deliver kick-starter process alongside departmental heads across Design, Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing and Local teams
  • Provide weekly updates on campaign status and transparent with bottlenecks/risk.
  • Manage the curation and production of retrospectives and campaign tear downs.
  • Attend events and act as one of the main points of contact for the production teams.
  • Assist in content captures both locally and further afield when required.
  • Have a strong awareness of the content workflow and assist in the delivery of campaigns from concept through to delivery.
  • Assist in the release of content across .com and social platforms.

Your skills as a Campaign Manager:

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to align and engage with key stakeholders including our Internal teams, 3rd party Brands, athletes, and talent.

  • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Good time keeping and administrative skills.
  • Good budgetary skills - ability to work within set brand budgets and track expenditure throughout the campaign life cycle.
  • Awareness of social media platforms.
  • Creative ideas on ways to engage consumers.
