Senior Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at HMP Channing Woods, working closely with our healthcare team to promote health and wellbeing to those in prison.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medicines optimisation services to support GP's and dispensary teams
- Work closely with patients to manage medicine-related risk
- Analyse and present medicines data to inform prescribing improvements
- Contribute to public health campaigns, including flu vaccinations and adult immunisation programmes
- Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in medicines optimisation
- Strong leadership skills to provide guidance to the wider healthcare team
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions within your area of responsibility
The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, plus benefits. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
