As part of this, we are looking to increase brand awareness and educate people on how Pip Organic stands out against the rest of the market. We are on the hunt for someone who is looking to grow with us and excited for a piptastic opportunity to develop and execute strategic and tactical trade marketing plans that drive brand awareness in OOH, B2C and B2B settings based on their creative and analytical skills This role is set on the foundation of data which will be used to proactively feedback valuable insights into both the marketing and sales team. You will need to be a proactive person interested in finding the gaps and opportunities in the market for us to grow business. This could be crunching data for new business decks or for current customers to show why Pip Organic should be the top choice, across all three categories that we operate in. You will develop competitor knowledge across all channels including retail and OOH to understand our barriers and opportunities to pitch (and build plans and approaches accordingly). You will be managing data from various B2C and B2B sources so need to understand GDPR processes, MailChimp and survey monkey. You will need to have a keen interest in communicating the right messages with the right tone to the sector and opportunities we are presenting too. Finally, you would be happy to lead trade marketing initiatives from adverts to POS from inception to ensuring they get on the shelf.

Education/Experience
- 1+ years’ experience within a marketing role in a fast-moving industry
- AND a university degree or equivalent
Fruity Snapshot
- Full time location in the Pip HQ, Putney London – Working in our office 5 days a week 8:30-17:30
- Role will be supporting the Brand Marketing Manager and Sales Manager
- You will be need someone who loves to proactively find new opportunities to grow our business across current and new channels, building your own pool of data and driven market insights

The Daily Juice
- INSIGHTS DRIVEN – Ability to take insights to weave into marketing communications for both consumer and trade marketing. Will use insights to build business cases to feedback to team on the opportunities across different sectors and channels. Will be able to propose initiatives and[SM1] products for these gaps.
- DATA UNDERSTANDING – Understanding how to process and crunch data across various channels to create business proposals to sell Pip Organic

- POS – Will build and execute a plan on how we can best present Pip in OOH and retail settings. You can create a plan based on insights, manage the budget, execute and feedback to team
- TRADE ADS – Manage the production of trade adverts, working with both Marketing and Sales to ensure tone of voice and messaging is correct
- ELOQUENT COMMUNICATOR – Ability to adapt tone of voice and written language into various business needs across social, business development, internal comms and more
- HANDS ON – Always willing to get stuck in from sending out product to strategic thinking
