W Executive is seeking a seasoned UK Bond Market Specialist to join our team and take on the challenging role of leading our gilt trading operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and manage a new trading desk, focused on UK Government Bonds and inflation-linked gilts.
- Develop and execute advanced market-making strategies in the gilt market, with flexibility to trade inflation-linked and other fixed-income products.
- Closely collaborate with our existing IRS and money markets Trading team to drive business results.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in gilt government bond trading, ideally with experience in market making. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to set up and manage a trading desk in a fast-paced environment.
We estimate the salary range for this role to be between £140,000 and £200,000 per annum, based on experience.
