Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Location: Nottingham (1 day a week in the office)

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Job Description:

We have partnered with a leading telecommunications company dedicated to providing exceptional services and innovative solutions to clients. As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and proactively addressing any concerns. This role offers a perfect blend of remote and in-office work, with one day a week spent in our collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or customer support role from a previous B2B or the telecoms industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
