Assistant Aftersales Manager
  • Highly Competitive Basic salary starting from £35,000, negotiable depending on experience.

Assistant Aftersales Manager required for Automotive highly successful and reputable PLC Volume Franchise Dealership in the Edgware area.Our Client is currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team to effectively manage their aftersales operations within their vibrant well-established and thriving Main Car Dealership.What they are looking for in an Assistant Aftersales Manager
  • An experienced Assistant Aftersales Manager with experience in a franchised dealer
  • A solid communicator with a focus on Customer Service
  • Strong Technical knowledge
  • An Assistant Aftersales Manager who leads from the front & is able to motivate their team to success
Responsibilities of the Assistant Aftersales Manager for our Client
  • Assisting in Leading the entire Aftersales Team – overseeing the Parts, Service and Workshop teams
  • Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams
  • Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded
  • Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
