We are looking for an e-commerce administrator:

You will primarily assist the CTO with daily maintenance of our product listings on various ecommerce platforms. This role requires someone who can take initiative, work independently, and be adaptable to changing requirements. In addition, you will provide occasional support to our Customer Services team by responding to customer email inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and updating product listings on ecommerce platforms.
  • Mark products in and out of stock and into sales as required.
  • Adjust product listings to comply with new legislation.
  • Upload new product photography and create new product listings from scratch.
  • Provide support to the Customer Services team by responding to customer email inquiries when needed.
  • Prioritise daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.


Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce administration is desirable, but not essential.
  • Did we mention you need to be proactive and show initiative :)
  • It is essential you are organised, have the ability to manage multiple tasks, and have amazing attention to detail
