**Service Administrator**

Advanced Fire Technologies is seeking an Administrator with experience of Sales/Service Administration to join our team and to undertake a challenging and rewarding role within our expanding business.

Main duties include:

- Working alongside the Contracts Manager(s), Surveyors, Engineers
- To produce quotations/surveys for additional work as required
- Manage completion of service reports
- Customer phone calls
- Dealing with varied customer requests
- To produce project reports including drawings, specifications and technical documents
- Schedule surveys
- Management of stock
- To chase and place purchase orders for equipment
- To deliver the required information to clients in line with our KPI’s
- To carry out any other reasonable management request
- Cover other team members when required

**Requirements**:
**Key Skills**

**Essential**
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Able to understand and follow company procedures
- Able to motivate, prioritise and organise effectively
- Good computer skills, including excel & word
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and sensitivity to all matters
- Works well under pressure

**Desirable**
- Experience within administration and the service industry
- Knowledge of the fire and security system industry

Rewards
