** Job Title**:Administrator/Customer Service Advisor
**Location**:Caerphilly
**Salary**:£11.44 per hour

**Hours**: Full time. Monday - Friday 8am-4pm/9am-5pm/10am-6pm (flexible that after 6 months you may be asked to would work 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm on rare one off occasions but these particular shift would be working from home)

Here at The Recruitment Co, we are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to work for a company based in Caerphilly on a Temporary ongoing contract.

**Main job roles**
- Making sure their order is in place.
- Handling order requests
- Dealing with complaints
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints then closing support tickets
- Maintaining a database of customer information
- Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Assisting customers with registration or account creation
- Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organisation's offerings

**Required experience**
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Basic computer skills (Excel, MS Word, Outlook)
- Previous office experience is essential
