Formed in 2018, this Fintech, Investment Banking and Hedge Fund Recruitment agency has recently grown to 18 heads and have massive growth plans to become the market leaders in placing technology personnel into their FS clients.

  • Excellent earning potential, starting salary of £25-28k, uncapped commission ranging up to 35%, and progression opportunities in year 1 (with a pay rise)
  • Currently 3 teams hiring for various areas of the business.
  • Offer award winning training, your first year will be largely focused on training you to develop the core skills needed to become a top biller and preparing you for being an expert within your recruitment field.


Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Fintech, Investment Banking and Hedge Fund


Who are we looking for?

  • Culture is number 1 – we care less about what university you went to and more about who you are, your attributes and your personality
  • Communication – must be articulate, friendly, personable and confident, able to speak with a range of different people and resolve conflicts quickly and efficiently.
  • Work experience – whilst this is an entry-level role, you must have some working background - a part time job, internships, or commercial experience, we want to see evidence of hard work
  • Competitive individuals – someone who has excelled in sports, academics, their own businesses or has strong evidence of pushing themselves
  • Commercially intelligent – recruitment tailors to those who can converse with professionals, be opportunistic and pick things up quickly.
