Rate is negotiable dependant on experience and background
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrator to support our Commissioning Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Commissioning Engineer with the preparation and management of project documentation.
- Complete commissioningg sheets
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all project-related documents.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage calendars and appointments for the Commissioning Engineer.
- Provide general administrative support to the engineering team.
Experience
- Ideally have a background in Construction/Engineering
- Commissioning knowledge would be a big plus
