**The company**
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the office team with day-to-day administration support
- Accept incoming jobs within agreed timeframe
- Update the CRM database, inputting data, job details
- Dispatch, review & file paperwork to/from engineers
- Answer telephone queries and take messages
- Tracking live and pending jobs through to completion, running periodic reports to ensure key performance indicators are met
- Provide updates to clients
- Place orders with suppliers
- Book accommodation
- General office duties, filing, copying, greeting visitors
- Any other duties as reasonably required
**Essential Skills and Characteristics**
- Previous administration experience
- Good PC skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Experience of using databases
- Experience of managing multiple tasks to deadlines and prioritising own workload
- Good time management skills and the ability to organise, plan and prioritise on own initiative including when under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work flexibly and enthusiastically as part of a team
- Ability to communicate with a variety of people in a friendly, professional, and confident manner
**Qualifications**
- GCSE English and Maths
- NVQ L3 Administration would be desirable
- Experience in a reactive service industry would be beneficial
