Logistics Customer Services Manager

Location: Heathrow

Salary: £42,000 plus excellent benefits

DK are working with an international logistics organisation who are looking for someone to manage the day to day customer service communication activities for one of their luxury clients. You'll oversee email communication, maintain open channels between operational teams, and ensure smooth administration and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, responding to and organising inbound emails.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, handling written and verbal inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with Warehouse Team and Operations Manager for consistent communication.
  • Prepare and distribute Despatch Reports and Delivery Notes
  • Provide super-user support and training
  • Lead a team across retail and e-commerce functions
  • Assist with escalations, stock investigations, and claims forms
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and support internal/external audits
  • Continually seek process improvements and productivity enhancements
  • Manage deliveries, destruction notifications, and special projects.
  • Perform data integrity checks between customer and supplier

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in the luxury retail industry within a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Ability to follow processes and identify deviations
  • Adaptability and effective communication under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High attention to detail and professional communication
  • Initiative to resolve challenges and prioritise workload
  • Friendly, calm, and professional demeanour reflecting high service levels.
