YOUR ROLEOur Air Operations team based in Hounslow have the need for a Customer Service Administrator to join their Export department. This role is primarily responsible for the daily delivery of superior customer service, ensuring our customers receive a consistent and positive experience in accordance with operational excellence guiding principles.- This is a Monday - Friday position, 9am - 6pm._

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?- Review, accept and process customer bookings in line with station process & digital solutions.
- Assist customers with existing quotes, tariff queries, complaints and requests providing resolution where possible.
- Develop customer relationships and act as the first point of contact for customers that require guidance.
- Generate customer specific reports reporting on weekly customer calls.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?- Customer centricity will be at the heart of everything you do therefore you will have demonstrable experience of building and developing exceptional customer relationships.
