Your Role as Marketing Manager:


  • Lead Strategic Campaigns - Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and content platforms. Combine creativity and strategy to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Own Social Media Strategy - Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms. Stay ahead of trends to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
  • Optimise Content for Impact - Collaborate with digital teams to ensure SEO-friendly, goal-driven content. Drive messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyse and Refine - Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximise ROI. Share insights and results with stakeholders to showcase achievements.
  • Champion Our Brand - Plan and execute initiatives that elevate our presence and engage our audience. Build strong relationships with clients, partners and media.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends - Continuously explore the latest marketing tools and innovations to keep us ahead of the curve.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: 3 years in campaign management, social media strategy, and communications.
  • Passion: An enthusiasm for sustainability and the renewable energy sector (experience in this space is a plus).
  • Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and tools.
  • Creativity: Proven ability to craft compelling, engaging content.
  • Analytical Skills: Use data to inform decisions and deliver measurable results.
  • Project Management: Excel in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Inspire teams and stakeholders with vision and enthusiasm.
