**About Us**: With over four decades of experience as a family business, Massams Supplies has been a trusted provider of Landscape and Building materials to wholesale, trade, and public customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Social Media Management**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).
- Create engaging and shareable content to promote brand awareness and product visibility.
- Monitor social media trends and industry best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Generate high-quality, visually appealing content for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written content, using tools such as Canva

3. **E-commerce Support**:

- Manage and update product listings on the WordPress & WooCommerce platform.
- Update product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Build and optimise the website with a focus on SEO to enhance online visibility and attract traffic.
- Initiate the development of the online shop.

4. **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyse.
- Provide regular reports on social media and e-commerce performance, with insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Education and Experience**:

- Experience in social media and e-commerce coordination.
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms and e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Wordpress).
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creative and design skills for content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and report on social media and e-commerce performance.
- Knowledge of landscaping & building supplies would be advantageous

**Salary**: £20,304.37-£30,471.46 per year

Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
