Tiktok Content Creator

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Creating engaging digital content, Creating, Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content to use on TikTok and other platforms.
- Maintain content calendar on TikTok to ensure a constant stream of trending content
- Use data led approach to inform decision making
- Representative of the brand at exhibitions and events
- Conducting research to stay current and on trend, to guide the direction of the TikTok Feed.
- Manage the TikTok Shop to drive sales through all avenues available.
- Manage and create promotions to attract new customers to the TikTok Shop and ensure products are updated to reflect customers needs.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.
- Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
- Be Comfortable on screen and be involved in Live Videos/Shoppable Videos.
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
- Manage relationship with our insiders and social platforms to ensure engaged and supporting brand growth.
- Establish and develop existing relationships with influencers
- Support on building out the influencer marketing programme, Identifying and reaching out to influencers that fit our brand

**Experience**:

- Experience creating strong, engaging content.
- Knowledgeable understanding of TikTok - design, functionality, analytics.
- Experience of developing strategies across social media and digital marketing.
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to match the tone of voice of our brands
- A portfolio of applicable outputs.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
