As the company continues to grow, this generalist role will oversee all of HR, reporting directly into the Financial Director. As a Senior HR Advisor, your role will include:

  • Review and develop company policies and procedures
  • Support and coach the management team on employment law and advise on all ER cases including investigation, disciplinaries and absence management
  • Develop the on-boarding process and improve the full employee lifecycle
  • Manage the employee benefits scheme and develop the company package
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including writing jobs ads, advertising, CV sifting, interviewing and selection
