Job Title: HR Director - 12m FTC

Salary: £90,000 pa

Location: Buckinghamshire

Contract length: 12m FTC.

Hybrid: 4 days in office and 1 WFH.


JGA are partnered with an exciting manufacturing business who are seeking an HR Director on a 12m FTC (mat cover).


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the HR team
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee recruitment to attract and retain talent
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws
  • Drive performance management and employee development
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Support organizational change initiatives
  • Enhance HR policies and systems


Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role, preferably in manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities
  • Effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 7 CIPD qualification
