Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and lets build whats next - togetherAnaplan seeks a Director/Senior Director of Field Marketing EMEAAnaplan is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader with a strong background in field and partner marketing digital marketing ABM sales development and demand generation. As a leading contributor to the Anaplans broader marketing strategy you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Go to Market demand strategy at the theatre field and partner level.This position will ideally work in a hybrid role in our London office.As the leader of EMEA marketing you will develop close strategic relationships with our field sales partner and global marketing teams. Your teams primary focus will be on generating awareness and demand both direct and through partners. Your ultimate goal is to increase new sales from new customers and cross-sell within the existing base. This is a uniquely dynamic role as it will take a leader with broad go to market experience and a growth mindset as both Anaplan and Marketing are rapidly scaling. Knowledge of processes to scale and working closely with functional marketing leaders across the organization is critical to successfully meeting our goals.Your ImpactPrimary focus centered on sales pipeline creation and pipeline progression through to closed won bookingsAct as a strategic link between marketing EMEA sales teams and global go-to-market teamsOrchestrate critical initiatives across Go-to-Market teams (sales partners customer success solutions consultants marketing operations). Requires defining and leading cross-functional teamsDefine and size target markets and specific GTM strategiesOwn and define important metrics and goals in alignment to the sales growth strategyPartner with senior sales leadership to identify build and implement global & regional Demand Generation Strategy and Execution inclusive of digital marketing strategy across the EMEA theatreResolve appropriate marketing strategies for campaign effectivenessWork closely with the regional partner/channel team to develop partner marketing plans for growth and scaleCollaborate with Sales Development Representatives responsible for inbound and outbound marketing to develop leads and drive early-stage pipeline creationLead existing team while building a versatile team in the longer term as the business continues to meet targets and scaleSignificant budget management ensuring spend remains on track and return on investment is tracked to ensure support of the overall revenue growth targetsResponsible for representing the marketing function during the quarterly business reviews key business insights and creating revised strategic plans for the regionYour QualificationsDemonstrable experience in field and demand generation experience with a focus in software/technology in EMEAStrong experience in marketing B2B software into enterprise level clienteleStrong digital ABM field and partner marketing background with demonstrable success orchestrating an integrated marketing approach in EMEAExperience developing and successfully implementing Go to Market strategies in EMEADemonstrates sophisticated leadership skills with experience with scaling teams as well as marketing activityPreferred Skills8 years of field and demand generation experience with a focus in software/technology in EMEAYou think strategically and execute tactically with the desire and ability to live in the detail and bring structure rigor and scale to your team.
