In this role, you'll connect global strategy to local execution, ensuring every regional initiative drives measurable impact across pipeline, customer engagement, and brand leadership. About the Role

You will lead a distributed regional team across EMEA to design and deliver high-impact field marketing programs that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer success. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and global marketing functions, you'll ensure that every initiative creates tangible value and reinforces AppsFlyer's leadership in measurement and analytics.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute a regional field marketing strategy that translates global GTM priorities into localized, high-touch programs

  • Lead the creation of account-based and vertical-specific experiences for strategic accounts, focusing on engagement quality and business impact

  • Orchestrate a full event pipeline—executive roundtables, summits, customer engagements, and partner activations

  • Build, coach, and empower a distributed field marketing team across EMEA to operate with clarity and autonomy

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success to align on pipeline performance, ROI, and shared revenue goals

  • Partner with global teams (Product Marketing, Growth, Brand, Ops) to ensure alignment and consistency between global and regional initiatives

  • Represent the voice of EMEA within global marketing, surfacing insights, trends, and feedback to influence strategy

What You Have
  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including at least 4 years in regional or field marketing leadership

  • Proven track record in designing and executing high-touch, account-based, and vertical-specific marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline growth

  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in matrixed organizations across Sales, CS, and Partnerships

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes

  • Experience leading and developing distributed teams across diverse EMEA markets

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable representing AppsFlyer externally at industry events and able to engage senior audiences confidently

  • Ability to travel up to 20% based on regional needs
