What are we looking for?


Business Account Managers/Outbound Sales Executives to generate leads and drive new business. To fit the criteria for the role you will already have a wealth of sales experience and be able to step into this role with confidence and a determination to succeed.


You will need to be tenacious, able to manage your workload, and represent the business to the highest professional standard.


Role responsibilities


  • You will work within your own established geographical area within the UK and will be provided with support from various marketing streams including their seminars and events programmes
  • You will work closely within a high performing team and will also individually indentify opportunities to target and find the key decision maker in an organisation
  • Building strong relationships with prospects and intermediaries identifying potential clients to attract new business
  • You will also need to be comfortable cold calling, generating leads, setting appointments, and will be required to hit daily KPI’s set by management.


Key skills required:

  • A proven track record in sales with a focus on securing profitable business
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to excel under pressure both individually and within a team
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, and proficiency in IT.
