Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our team of Inside Sales BDMs and drive sales performance in the B2B payroll software market. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching, managing, and mentoring high-performing Telesales Executives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10 Inside Sales BDMs to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Coach, manage, and mentor high-performing Telesales Executives to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales and customer service operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management position leading a sales team to targets
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and customer satisfaction in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions to drive business growth and revenue
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
