The role of the Digital Marketing – Development Coach is to ensure that Apprentify delivers the very best learning and coaching to our apprentices as well as striving to meet our compliance and quality standards.


We are looking to recruit new trainee coaches with professional experience in any of the following fields:

  • Search engine optimisation
  • Social media marketing
  • PR
  • Content marketing
  • Email marketing
  • Web design
  • Graphic design


You will join the Apprentify Academy - an innovative and enriching training programme for industry professionals to learn how to be an effective coach and mentor to apprentices studying a variety of qualifications including apprenticeships or adult learners reskilling. You will learn about the Further Education sector and how to deliver outstanding training and work based learning.

You will be responsible for a caseload of no more than 30 apprentices. We intentionally keep it low so that you can deliver the very best service, communication and impact for your learners.

We work with high profile clients such as JD Sports, iProspect, Transport for Manchester and Holland and Barratt.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively managing apprentice caseload supporting, assessing and delivering our innovative Digital Marketer Level 3 and Junior Content Producer apprenticeship programmes
  • Support and develop learners on topics such as; Principles of Marketing, Social media, Principles of coding, Digital Marketing principles, search engine marketing, Website software, Video and imaging software
  • Online / virtual delivery of course content and training sessions
  • Setting monthly KPIs and targets and ensuring learners meet these on a consistent basis
  • Monthly, or more frequently, coaching and line manager meetings to ensure learners are on target
  • Monitor learner progress, ensuring any challenges are overcome
  • We ensure that our apprentices learn in a safe and healthy environment so you will lead on safeguarding, prevent and meeting other process requirements
  • Additionally, you will ensure that you will work in line with Apprentify’s and the awarding body’s and apprenticeship standards of providing high quality, employer-focused provision, that maximises opportunities for learners to achieve and progress into sustained employment.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Previous work experience in the above named marketing disciplines
  • A genuine passion for training/coaching
  • Business knowledge related to apprenticeships
  • Attention to detail and getting it right first time
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments and solve problems independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including report writing
  • To hold (or pass) an Enhanced CRB check


DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience of mentoring/coaching in a professional environment
  • Knowledge of Digital IT standards and requirements.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and E&D.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards particularly digital and tech and work-based learning
  • Knowledge of the current Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
