**L5 Leadership and Management Skills Coach - Apprenticeships**
**Remote**
Are you seeking a dynamic and innovative apprenticeship provider that values high-quality coaching and places it at the core of its values, mission, and purpose?
For over 15 years, KnowledgeBrief has been providing Leadership and Management training across all levels, from first-line team leaders to executive boards. What sets us apart from other training providers is our exceptional learning platform, KBPro, which seamlessly connects academic theory with real-world, business-relevant content. Designed and developed exclusively by our team of digital specialists, KBPro offers a unique and flexible learning experience that truly stands out in the market. Our clients and learners consistently praise its ability to deliver exceptional learning outcomes.
Currently, we are seeking a talented individual to join our Skills Coaching team, contributing to a transformative apprenticeship experience that focuses on the individual growth of our learners. As a Skills Coach, you will have the opportunity to support a group of passionate and ambitious leaders and managers, providing them with personalised coaching and guidance. By conducting regular progress reviews, you will tailor their learning experience to align with the development of core apprenticeship KSBs, while also addressing their unique aspirations and desires to enhance their roles within their organisations. This role goes beyond the traditional responsibilities of an apprenticeship assessor, as our Skills Coaches work collaboratively with our marking team, Functional Skills tutor, external support service, and onboarding team.
Joining KnowledgeBrief means becoming part of an exciting and fast-paced company that collaborates with renowned global brands. Our values and philosophy revolve around the joy of learning, and we are deeply committed to inspiring and nurturing the growth of both our learners and staff, enabling them to achieve personal and professional success.
Moreover, we prioritise the well-being of our employees and offer various benefits. You will have the opportunity to dedicate a Study Day per month to your professional development, including the possibility of pursuing a Chartered Management Institute qualification. Upon completing your Diploma, you can also attain Chartered Manager status. We provide a flexible working model, generous annual leave (including a full Christmas closure), and the option to work from home.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exemplary coaching, support, and motivation to a cohort of adult learners, ensuring their apprenticeship progresses timely and maximizing their learning outcomes.
- Developing robust plans for each learner's unique learning journey, showcasing deliberate and well-structured progress from their starting point.
- Integrating both on-the-job and off-the-job learning components into the learners' development journey.
- Tailoring additional support and catch-up solutions to meet individual needs and personal goals.
- Engaging line managers in the learners' progress and conducting quarterly progress reviews to strategize and document new skills and behaviors.
- Encouraging learners to enhance their business math and English skills throughout the apprenticeship, with the support of the Functional Skills Tutor.
- Preparing learners for the end-point assessment gateway.
- Ensuring learners fulfill off-the-job learning requirements and meet the standards' expectations.
- Proactively engaging and re-engaging learners who may be falling behind in their learning.
- Participating in Apprenticeship Team & Standardization meetings.
- Proactively working to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to learner progress, achievement, and outcomes.
- Regularly updating and maintaining learning records on our e-learning platform.
- Fostering a passion for learning and effectively engaging with learners from diverse industries and backgrounds.
- Inspiring and motivating learners to set ambitious goals and achieve success in their learning.
- Ensuring a rewarding learning experience for all learners at KnowledgeBrief.
- Promoting awareness of safeguarding principles and policies and adhering to them.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Business, Leadership and Management qualifications or relevant industry experience (Level 5 and above).
- Familiarity with management and leadership apprenticeships.
- Minimum of GCSE A*-C in both English and Mathematics.
