Our client specialises in selling vaping products & has their own online store. They're looking for a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice to join their team

The role will primarily focus on the running and performance of their e-commerce channel, supporting the overall business in building and sharing insights to enable business growth, as well as supporting their CRM operations. This is a dynamic role suitable for an organised, driven individual who will be immersed in the day-to-day of their website operations.

**What will the apprentice be doing?**
- Work closely with the team to launch new campaigns, collections, and products on time
- Set up, test and execute all online promotions and support the Ecommerce Team in delivering localised online promotions.
- Execute the visual merchandising strategy across all markets.
- Work closely with the Ecommerce Team on content and product strategy on-site.
- Optimise on-site search, as well the cross-/up-sell of products on the site.
- Optimise on-site experience and actively participate in new feature site testing and feedback to the development team.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all incoming stock is re-worked and online in a timely manner.
- Management of restocking/pre-order schedule
- Maintain a constant and seamless communication with the Customer Service department to make sure they are informed of new site launches/product updates/issues.

**Apprenticeship Details**

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification.

**Desired skills and personal qualities**
- Shopify knowledge is preferable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Packages.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Willingness to take initiative, work autonomously, and tackle complex situations.
- Adobe Photoshop

This is an apprenticeship position. You will be paid the apprenticeship wage of £6.40/hour for the first 12 months of the Apprenticeship.

The apprenticeship will take 18 months to complete.
