Our Client is a leading language service provider, specialising in professional interpretation and translation services. **Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns across various platforms
Create compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives
Monitor social media metrics, analyse data, and provide insights for optimization
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing strategies
Assist in managing website content and ensuring a seamless user experience
Contribute to the creation and editing of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and blog posts
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing techniques

**Requirements and prospects**

**Qualifications Required**:
Grade 4/C in Maths and English is desirable

**Desired skills**:
Exceptional written skills and a keen eye for detail
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and community management
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms

**Personal Qualities**:
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate innovative ideas
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

**Training to be provided**:
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification:
The qualification has core knowledge elements including but not limited too;
- Marketing concepts & theories
- Laws regulations & ethics
- Monitoring & measuring success in marketing
- Creating engaging content
- Creating & managing marketing campaigns

Intequal’s apprenticeships are delivered by expert Technical Trainers through a blend of 1-1 and group interactive online learning sessions, with a learner-led approach to flex the training style based on individual needs - providing consistent and inclusive work-based training for businesses and their employees.

You will undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths if needed

**Future Prospects**:
As a Multi Channel Marketer Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to be a part of this dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative ideas and strategies. You will play a critical role in showcasing the business and the services we offer to a wider audience.

In addition to your digital marketing responsibilities, you will also use your creative and artistic flair to help us grow our brand and business.

You will also have the opportunity to network with a range of other apprentices on our programe who can share ideas, offer suggestions and support. Our apprentices love being able to help each other

As an apprentice you will also have access to our online portal that will provide you with information and technical guidance, as well as links to the helpdesk to speak to technicians who can give real-time advice and support.
