Job Title: Learning Skills and Development Coach (Professional Cookery)

University College Birmingham is seeking an experienced and qualified Learning Skills and Development Coach (Professional Cookery) to join the award-winning professional cookery apprenticeship team.

The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in onboarding apprentices, including employer engagement, and will have a good understanding of apprenticeship compliance and end-point assessment requirements. The role will require a flexible approach to work and may involve some evening and weekend events, inclusive of overnight stays and regular travel to employer sites.

The successful candidate will require a full clean driving licence and will have a relevant qualification in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts, along with a relevant assessors award and relevant vocational experience in the sector.
