Our client is looking for Language Specialists to be in charge of the following:

· Perform translation, review and/or proofreading tasks providing quality in customer-facing content

· Define voice and tone, terminology, quality standards and improvements for product and marketing content

· Create and maintain style guide and terminology resources for the locale

· Language bug-fixing, final checks and other language-related tasks

· Provide feedback, counter-feedback and arbitrations in case of quality disputes and customer complaints

· Proactively work on quality improvement initiatives and provide continuous evaluation and feedback during production cycle

· Help investigating the root cause in case of quality issues and suggest quality improvement actions

· Attend meetings with clients on a need basis to receive product training and other knowledge and feedback to transfer to the translation pools

Language:

· English to Polish (Poland) and Polish (Poland) to English

Requirements:

· Native-level proficiency in Polish (Poland)

· University Degree in Translation & Interpreting or equivalent

· Fluent in English with good communication skills

· CAT tools knowledge

· Good understanding of processes in the localization industry

· At least 2 years’ experience in localization in a global environment

· Proactive and quality oriented

· Very organized and able to work under pressure

This is an independent contract/freelance role available for part-time hours. The offer is a long-term contract that will start in June. The working schedule is flexible and will depend on your availability.
