We are in search of seasoned healthcare professionals to join our team. By doing so, you play a critical role in ensuring that the most vulnerable members of your community receive the necessary support to lead complete and self-reliant lives.

Your Responsibilities:

- Perform assessments for individuals with disabilities to ascertain their eligibility for assistance.
- Create concise and well-structured reports based on assessments, outlining recommended support measures.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.

Prerequisites:

- Qualified as a Nurse, Paramedic, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist, with a minimum of 1-year experience.

OR
- Specialized roles like Children’s Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Pharmacist, or Speech and Language Therapist, requiring 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in communication and adeptness at working independently.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and a track record of dealing with patients with diverse medical conditions.

Compensation:

- Commencing at £35,000 (full time), the salary rises to £36,000 initially. Then, there are 2 additional £1000 salary increases, tied to successful completion of internal training, elevating the basic salary to £38,000. This is augmented by an annual performance-based bonus of 10% culminating in an annual OTE of £41,800
