Job Description :
We are seeking a visionary leader with a pioneering mindset, ready to setup office & business in the UK from the ground up. This individual will be responsible for assembling a strong local team and establishing a robust sales and business development presence. As the role evolves, they will naturally lead a larger team and expand their territory. The position can be based in any major city in the UK and will focus on spearheading the expansion of our world-class complex medical services to patients throughout the country.
What you will do:
- Generate & drive patient queries for overseas treatments
- Plan Health Talks, organise & manage events of visiting Doctors primarily from Apollo Hospitals to build trust within the market
- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders & KOL in the healthcare industry.
- Oversee and manage the operations in UK.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Represent the Company at industry events and conferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Who you are & What you have:
- In-depth knowledge of the UK Healthcare ecosystem including treatments, pricing and competitive landscape along with connects with stakeholders & KOLs
- A deployable network within healthcare to bring our services to market
- 5+ years of commercial experience in ideally both B2B and B2C Sales
- 10 years + Experience in the healthcare industry with an active network in the relevant market
- Experience with (Digital) Marketing is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
