European Retail Development Manager

You will be responsible for growing retail opportunities across Europe working closely with local markets and channel partners.

Description
- Build a solid understanding of business performance to identify growth areas.
- Support business reviews with key customers preparing insights and recommendations driving overall performance.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and wider teams to understand and align on product strategies.
- Identify the commercial gaps in the monthly sales performance taking the necessary actions to rectify.
- Supervise execution of the European promotions.
- Develop strategies and plans to open up new channels to support category goals commercially.
- Drive the recruitment of new partners in finding new routes to market whilst defining the collaborations at a local level.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reports meeting deadlines.
- Monitor trends and developments in the European retail landscape to uncover new business opportunities.
Profile
- Demonstrated ability in a European commercial/product management role
- Solid understanding of the retail landscape across Europe
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to network and handle a set of diverse team members
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Passionate about technology and wanting to make a difference
