We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Development Manager to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Online Acceleration Center, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the European veterinary market.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key European veterinary corporate customers, understanding their strategies, organizations, and future plans.
- Develop and negotiate joint business plans, tenders, and contracts to drive business growth and revenue.
- Lead the development of annual business plans in alignment with customer strategy and company priorities to achieve short and long-term objectives.
- Build and implement a European catman vision for veterinary clinics and roll out to countries.
- Ensure distribution policy implementation and compliance are clear and followed by local teams.
- Build and lead a European veterinary corporate key account team to align priorities and secure execution of company initiatives.
- Participate and engage local key account managers to optimize commercial outstanding execution and drive growth opportunities.
- Visit countries for joint customer meetings and drive catman (RCD) implementation with veterinary corporates across the region.
- Work with corporate PVA support and corporate customers to ensure continuing education is made available to staff.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required.
- 7+ years of experience in customer development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in key account management, strong knowledge and awareness of the veterinary channel.
- Excellent oral and written English.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence others to make changes that deliver business results.
- A dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
