The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of business performance and be able to identify growth areas. They will support business reviews with key customers, preparing insights and recommendations to drive overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive understanding of business performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support business reviews with key customers, preparing insights and recommendations to drive overall performance.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers and wider teams to understand and align on product strategies.
- Identify commercial gaps in monthly sales performance and take necessary actions to rectify.
- Oversee the execution of European promotions.
- Develop strategies and plans to open up new channels to support category goals commercially.
- Drive the recruitment of new partners to find new routes to market, defining collaborations at a local level.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, meeting deadlines.
- Monitor trends and developments in the European retail landscape to uncover new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in a European commercial/product management role.
- Solid understanding of the retail landscape across Europe.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to network and handle diverse team members.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Passionate about technology and wanting to make a difference.
