About the Role:We are a small family-run business looking for a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in finance or accountancy, providing essential support across various administrative tasks. This role offers flexibility and a chance to be part of a close-knit team, working collaboratively with your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:-
Client Onboarding:
- Prepare engagement letters for new clients.
- Request 64-8 forms for client authorisations.
- Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on new clients.
- Set up folders and organise client documentation.

Documentation Management:
- Distribute and accurately record project-related documentation.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.

Customer & Internal Inquiries:
- Efficiently handle and respond to various inquiries, both from customers and internal staff.

System Updates:
- Keep our in-house system up-to-date with all relevant client and project information.

Ad Hoc Tasks:
- Assist with any additional tasks as required to support the smooth running of the business.
- Free Parking: On-site parking for your convenience.
