Our client, an entity operating in the Aviation sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is looking to hire for an SME in Workforce Planning.


The role requires a well-experienced Senior Strategic Workforce Planning Specialist based in Riyadh, KSA who will be responsible for implementing effective workforce strategies. The ideal candidate must have experience in Consulting or Aviation/Airline industries with demonstrated skills in managing labor supply and demand planning tools that are key to making data-driven forecasts.


Role Qualifications:


  • Must have at least 12-15 years of experience in the role involving identifying workforce gaps, assessing the business risks these gaps pose, and then solving the challenge of future workforce needs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics.
  • Knowledgeable and up-to-date with new trends within workforce planning, highly analytical and technical person.
  • Ideally have worked with Korn Ferry or Mercer companies, familiar with methodology framework/ tools used for analyzing workforce demands.
  • Must have proven strong stakeholder management skills, great communicator and can work closely with various department heads.
  • Willing to relocate to Riyadh full-time.
