**Job Role Summary**
- The postholder will work collaboratively across the Trust to deliver a programme of initiatives that encompass all elements of workforce projects.
- As an integral member of the Strategic Workforce Team and line managing the Workforce Projects Assistant, the postholder will be a key driver of change with a proactive and pragmatic approach to all things related to our people
- The postholder will be required to understand and continually improve our approach to policy review and refresh, ensuring that as a team we create a suite of resources and materials that are high quality, professional and truly user friendly for our stakeholders and customers
- Using the annual work plan the postholder will be expected to deliver on transformational change programmes showing innovation in our initiatives which ultimately support our people to feel truly engaged
- With experience and knowledge of workforce related expertise, the postholder will assist senior colleagues with the development and delivery of the Workforce and OD Directorate’s workforce strategy and action plans.

**Planning and Organisational Responsibilities**
- Monitor and produce timely, periodic and ad hoc reports including those required for the Trust Board and appropriate forums. Identify and mitigate risks to successful delivery e.g. operational and reputational risks.
- Support senior colleagues with the implementation of workforce strategies and change management programmes across service area(s)
- Support senior colleagues in implementation of the Trust Workforce and OD Strategy and associated strategies
- Propose changes to ways of working to streamline processes relevant to own area of work
- Work flexibly to ensure emergency issues are dealt with promptly

**Salary**: £28,859.55-£60,246.34 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Loyalty bonus
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingston upon Hull, HU10: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
