A new role has been created to join the UK team with responsibility for driving the future growth of the Fish Division in the UK.


Divisional Manager Fish – UK

Reporting directly to the UK Managing Director you will:

  • Formulate and execute a strategy for the Fish Division for the UK market aligned with Group strategy
  • Deliver strong sales results aligned with expectations
  • Maintain and build the sales pipeline for project sales and for service contracts
  • Identify opportunities for product and service enhancements to meet customer needs
  • Manage and develop key accounts
  • Lead and develop a small team of sales engineers
  • Deputise for the Managing Director when needed



You will be an experienced sales professional with:

  • A proven track record for delivering results aligned with expectations
  • Relevant capital equipment and project sales experience
  • Knowledge of the food processing industry would be an advantage
  • Ideally have a relevant engineering related or technical qualification
  • Be prepared to spend 2 -3 nights each week away from home


This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a market leading international business and a rare opportunity to develop general management capabilities.
